    摘要:

    为研究滚轮传动系统的噪声辐射问题,建立了滚轮传动系统的力学模型、有限元模型以及噪声辐射的预测模型。首先,通过试验测得滚轮传动系统工作时的振动与噪声数据;然后,利用载荷识别逆运算技术处理所测得的振动数据,得到系统各滚轮接触点处的等效激励载荷谱;最后,通过Matlab编程,计算各测点处的振动速度响应,再将其作为噪声预测模型的输入,计算滚轮传动系统的辐射噪声。通过与试验结果对比,对噪声预测模型进行修正。经检验,修正后的噪声预测模型可以比较准确地计算滚轮传动系统的辐射噪声。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the radiating noise of a roller driving system, the mechanical model,finite element model and noise prediction model are presented respectively in this paper. Some vibration and radiating noise signals are measured in experiments. The equivalent exciting load spectra at the positions where the rollers contact each other are identified based on the vibration signals measured by the technology of inverse load identification. The vibration velocity responses at each measuring position are calculated by Matlab. Then the responses are input into the radiating noise prediction model as the system exciting conditions, so that the radiating noise of the system is calculated and compared with the test results. According to the comparison results, the radiating noise prediction model is modified. Further computation and comparison indicates that the radiating noise of the roller driving system can be computed accurately with the modified model.
