    摘要:

    针对斜切工况下采煤机的载荷冲击大、振动剧烈的问题,采用Hertz接触理论描述采煤机行走部与刮板输送机间的接触刚度,运用接触碰撞理论描述导向滑靴与销排间的接触间隙,再基于集中质量法,建立了斜切工况下采煤机侧向上6个自由度非线性动力学模型。以实验测试得到的滚筒轴向截割载荷作为激励,分析了斜切工况下采煤机侧向的振动特性。结果表明:整机振动量随着滚筒截深的增大而增大,前滚筒大于后滚筒、前摇臂大于后摇臂,机身的振动量相对较小,最后通过实验对模型结果进行了验证。

    Abstract:

    According to the problem of larger load impact and violent vibration of shearer under the condition of oblique cut. The contact stiffness between travel unit and scraper conveyor is described by using the contact theory. The contact clearance between guide foot and pin is described by using the contact impact theory. Lateral nonlinear dynamic model of 6 degree of freedom of shearer under the condition of oblique cut are established based on the lumped mass method. Taking the test axial cutting force as excitation,lateral vibration characteristic of shearer are analyzed under oblique cut. The results show that shearer vibratory quantity increases with drum depth-web. Vibratory quantity of front drum is larger than the vibratory quantity of back-end drum. Vibratory quantity of front rocker arm is larger than the vibratory quantity of back-end rocker arm. The fuselage has small vibratory quantity. Finally,the results of model is verified by experiment.
