    以水平椭球形气囊为对象,研究了该类气囊的仿真分析方法。首先从振动方程出发,建立了水平椭球形气囊的动力学近似模型,给出了相应的分析方法;然后采用有限元仿真分析技术,与近似模型的仿真结果进行了对比,并基于近似模型研究了气囊织物弹性对缓冲特性的影响。研究结果表明,在考虑了织物弹性的近似模型能够较好地反映该类气囊的着陆缓冲特性,相比有限元模型,可以兼顾分析精度和效率。

    Abstract:

    Airbag, due to its deterministic impact load direction, is applied to many interplanetary exploration missions abroad as a landing buffer device. Although the finite element analysis can obtain relatively accurate response prediction results, it is not practical in the early design take into account the high cost of modeling. A simulation analysis method of a horizontal ellipsoidal airbag is studied in this paper. Firstly, the dynamic approximation model of airbag is established from the vibration equation, and the simulation process is developed; the results of approximation model and FE model have been compared by important parameters including a dynamic process of whole airbag to cushion the landing and overload. Finally, the influence of airbag fabric elasticity on buffer characteristics based on the approximate model is studied. The results show that the theoretical approximation model, considering the fabric elasticity, can reflect the landing cushioning characteristics of the horizontal ellipsoidal airbag, and it can better balance the accuracy and efficiency of simulation analysis.
