    摘要:

    针对智能决策技术中的知识获取“瓶颈”,利用粗糙集理论作为知识发现工具,以一个离散符号型数据决策表为研究对象,通过对其进行数据分类得到知识颗粒集合,并挖掘出一组知识规则的数据处理过程,建立了一种基于数据驱动方式的知识获取模型。该模型显示出的知识发现本质,是一个原始知识库中的知识被进行等价类运算处理的结果。一个双跨转子系统碰摩故障响应的快速傅里叶变换谱特征状况表明,获得用数据方式描述的关于旋转机械的原始故障知识资源,必须构造出一个性能优良的决策表数据结构模型,其中包括论域概念的正确界定、故障知识表达模型的属性集构造和原始故障知识资源的离散化映射等。分析得出,应以不同类型的旋转机械机组结构形式为对象,需要在知识发现系统工程的思想指导下解决原始故障知识的数据资源化保护问题。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the puzzle of knowledge acquisition in intelligent decision-making technologies, the Rough Set Theory is used as a tool to implement the faults knowledge discovery and a decision-making table with symbols data is designed as a discussed case. By the data operation to the table, both a set of knowledge particles and a group of knowledge rules are obtained orderly. And the model of knowledge acquisition by means of data-driven way is built. It shows out the essence of knowledge discovery that the knowledge in an original knowledge base is combined into many equivalence classes. By experiment simulated the rub-impact faults on a rotor system with two spans, the FFT spectrum characteristics of the rubimpact responses are put forward to a new demand for how to get the original faults knowledge. The data structure of a decision table is a key factor. Because the table is used to save the original fault knowledge from plant site, therefore its performance must be very good to suitable for knowledge discovery. So,it should be designed out firstly. The experiment indicates that to build an effective decision table is a hard task with certain difficulty. To define the exact universe of discourse and build the attribute sets to describe the original faults knowledge as well as discrete the data resources into symbols data set are included in the task. The conclusions are that it should be resolved to save the original faults knowledge with data mode in the guidance of the ideas of knowledge discovery system engineering. And the mode must be structured for a specific rotating machinery unit as objects in categories.
