    提出了一种电磁调制非接触式压电电机,实现定、转子非接触耦合传动,具有结构可靠、运行稳定及控制方便的特点。首先,推导了驱动机构输出角位移方程、电磁调制非接触压电电机静、动态电磁力矩方程;其次,分析了电机的结构参数和激励信号参数对输出角位移和电磁力矩输出性能的影响规律;最后,制作样机并进行性能测试,通过理论计算输出力矩和实验测试值的对比,验证了理论分析的正确性,并给出了样机的驱动方案。结果表明:输出步进角随着驱动信号电压峰值的增大而增大,当驱动电压为150V、频率为3Hz时,输出步进角约为0.82°;而输出转矩受电磁调制机构的电压激励峰值和驱动频率的影响因素较大,驱动频率为3Hz、调制电压为7V时,输出转矩为6.1-N·mm。该类型压电电机进一步拓宽了非接触式压电电机的研究领域,为设计高精度、大扭矩的非接触压电电机提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    A non-contact piezoelectric motor modulated by an electromagnetic field,which can achieve the coupling drive without contact between the stator and rotor,and has the characteristics of structural reliability,operation stability, and control convenience. In this paper, the formulas of angular displacement of driving mechanism, static electromagnetic moment and dynamic electromagnetic moment of electromagnetic modulated non-contact piezoelectric motor are deduced. The influence of the structure parameters and modulation signal parameters on the angular displacement of driving mechanism and the output performance of electromagnetic moment are analyzed. Moreover,the prototype is made and the performance test is carried out. The validity of the theoretical analysis is verified by comparing the theoretical calculation of the output torque with the experimental test value, and the driving scheme of the prototype is given. The results show the output step angle increases with the increase of the peak voltage of the driving signal. When the driving voltage is 150V,and the frequency is 3Hz,the output step angle is about 0.82°. The output torque is greatly affected by the voltage excitation peak and the driving frequency of the electromagnetic modulation mechanism. The driving frequency is 3Hz, and the output torque is 6.1 N·mm when the modulation voltage is 7V. This type of piezoelectric motor further broadens the research field of non-contact piezoelectric motor, and provides a reference for the design of high precision and large torque non-contact piezoelectric motor.
