    为了解释在疲劳试验中钢截面占比较大的特高强钢芯铝合金导线更容易断股的现象,研究了影响导线振动强度的主要参数。提出了导线等效弯曲刚度,建立了微风振动条件下新的导线线夹出口动弯应变数学模型,利用55 m和140 m 2种不同档距的微风振动模拟试验系统开展了导线微风振动模拟试验。理论计算与试验结果较为一致,验证了新模型的可用性。微风振动条件下新的导线线夹出口动弯应变模型及基于该模型对导线微风振动强度主要影响参数的分析,为工程实践提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the aluminum-alloy conductor with ultra-high-strength steel reinforced is more easily broken in the fatigue test, the main parameters affecting the vibration strength of the conductor are studied. The equivalent bending stiffness of conductor is proposed, and the expression of dynamic bending strain of the conductor at the last point contact with the clamp is obtained. Aeolian vibration simulation tests are carried out by using indoor simulation test equipment with two different spans of 55 m and 140 m. The theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the availability of the model. The model of the conductor clamp outlet under the condition of breezy vibration and the analysis of the main influencing parameters provide a theoretical basis for engineering applications.
