    摘要:

    基于传统Helmholtz共振消声器提出了一种机械耦合式共振消声器结构,以改善传统共振消声器的声学性能。该消声器的共振腔中内置附加有质量块的柔性板结构,将共振腔分隔为上下2部分腔体。入射的声波激励起柔性板结构的振动,与上下腔体相互耦合形成新的2自由度系统,从而将传统Helmholtz共振器的共振峰一分为二。基于理论分析柔性板附加质量块,以使其振动特性更具有可调性。同时,借助有限元软件分析其结构参数对消声器声学特性的影响规律,并通过实验验证结构的有效性。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposes a mechanically coupled resonance muffler on the base of a traditional Helmholtz resonator, which can improve the acoustic performance of the traditional one. The resonator has a flexible panel decorated with asymmetric mass blocks installed in its cavity, which divides the cavity into two. The incident acoustic wave excites the vibration of the flexible plate, which makes the plate coupled with the upper and lower cavities to form a new two-degree-of-freedom system, and splitting the resonant peak of the traditional Helmholtz resonator into two. Based on the theoretical analysis of the simplified coupled resonance muffler, mass blocks are added to the flexible plate to make its vibration behavior more adjustable. Meanwhile,the influences of the structural parameters on the acoustic characteristics of the muffler are analyzed qualitatively by a finite element analysis software. Finally, experimental studies are carried out to verify the validity of the above works.
