    摘要:

    对某SUV车柴油机动力总成产生的异常振动进行了试验分析研究。在介绍柴油机动力总成振动基本分析方法的基础上,开展了整车道路及转鼓试验,进行了整车及台架条件下动力总成的振动模态试验。通过对动力总成的振动特性分析,找到了引起动力总成操纵手柄异常振动的原因:飞轮壳刚度偏低,动力总成系统固有频率落入柴油机工作转速的激励频率区间,导致了系统共振。试验结果表明,通过改进设计飞轮壳结构,提高动力总成系统固有频率,能消除共振引起的操纵手柄异常振动。

    Abstract:

    The abnormal vibration for power assembly of diesel engine in the Sports Utility Vehicle(SUV) is investigated by experiment analytical method in this paper. On the basis of the basic vibration analytical method for power assembly,vehicle road test and chassis dynamometer test are carried out, and modal experi ment is made in both test beds and real vehicles. According to the analysis of the vibration characteristics for power assembly, the abnormal vibration fact of control handle is discovered. It is found that the low stiffness of flywheel shell results in the low inherent system frequency of power assembly which is in working frequency range of the diesel engine, and then the whole system is resonated. The result shows that the inherent frequency of power assembly is improved by the way of improving structure of the flywheel shell, and the abnormal vibration of control handle caused by resonance is finally removed.
