    摘要:

    针对装甲车辆动力传动系统载荷谱测试中的问题和难点,根据实际使用中需要不同工况 下动力输出扭矩的载 荷谱要求,用有限元法建立了动力与传动连接部分——飞轮盘的计算模型,提出了利用飞 轮盘结构测试输出扭矩的测试方案,研制了狭小空间内近场遥测动态扭矩的测试装置,获取了 几 种不同路面工况时的动力输出扭矩信号,编制了装甲车辆载荷谱处理分析软件,获得了有价值 的载荷谱数据。

    Abstract:

    Problems and difficulties of testing armored vehicle power train were discussed in this paper. A computing model of the flywheel, the conne ction of the engine and the transmission of a amored vehicle, was established by using the finiteelement method, which met the requirement of load spectrum of power outputtorgue under different running conditions. An outputtorgue test ing method was put forward using the structure of the flywheel, and a device of measuring outputtorque in a restricted space based on the shortrange wireles s telemeter technology was developed. The power outputtorque signals were acq uired under several working conditions and were analyzed by a software of armore d vehicle load spectrum developed for this study, which resulted in some valuable load spectrum data.
