    摘要:

    为查找某型号的内燃叉车的护顶架在怠速时振动明显的原因,首先运用试验模态方法得到该护顶架的固有频率和振型,其次利用有限元方法对护顶架进行数值计算,得知在327Hz时振型为绕z轴扭转,在81Hz时振型为绕z轴扭转+绕x轴弯曲,分别与试验模态方法得到的337Hz和806Hz时的振型一致。可见护顶架的固有频率与发动机怠速时的激励频率25~26Hz有较大的偏离,说明该护顶架的振动是由发动机强迫振动所引起而不是共振所引起,为护顶架的隔振设计提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    To find the reason of remarkable vibrations of the protection-frame of a intermal-combustion engine fork-lifter while working at a idle speed,avibration analysis was made in this paper. Firstly, the natural frequency and modeshape of the fork lifter were acquired in a modal test. Secondly, the mode acquired by the finite element analysis were torsion around z axle while its frequency was 32.7Hz, compound mode of torsion around z axle and bend around z axle while its frequency was 81 Hz, which was consistent with the tested mode of 33.7Hz and 80.6Hz respectively. The exciting frequency from the engine running at idle speed is between 25 and 26 Hz.So, the protection-frame vibration is forced vibration but not resonance, which supplies references to the vibration is olation design.
