    摘要:

    为了研究新型上卧式工作闸门水弹性振动问题,考查水闸在引(排)水不同运行工况下 作用于闸门结构的水动力荷载,取得了脉动压力量级及谱特征,并获得了该类闸门的最大脉动压力系数,为同类闸门动荷载设计取值提供了参考依据。此外,分析了闸门结构的静动力特 性, 论证了闸门启闭杆的动力稳定性。通过水弹性振动模型取得闸门流激振动响应特征,揭示了闸门振动的性质、量级及其危害,提出了控制闸门振动、确保闸门安全运行的措施和方法。

    Abstract:

    Flowinduced vibration characteristics of a new type of lying up gat e were studied. The hydrodynamic loads acting on the gate under different operati ng conditions were investigated, and the value and spectral density of the pulsa ting pressure were obtained, as well as the maximum coefficient of the pulsating pressure, which provided references for design of similar gates. Besides, the s tatic and dynamic characteristics of the gate structural were studied, and dynam ic stability of hoist rod of the gate was analyzed. Response characteristics of the flowinduced gate vibration were discovered by using a hydroelastic vibra ti on model. The vibration characteristics, levels and its harm were revealed, meth ods for controlling the vibration and insuring the gate operation safety were pr esented.
