A new measurement and control method was put forward according to the actual demand of industry. Dual DSP mode was adopted to realize dual redundant d ata acquisition and analysis. A parallel fast Fourier transform algorithm was pr oposed and its operation efficiency was analyzed. Data and control signal was se nt a nd received via wireless communication based on RS485. Signal transmitting and r eceiving was realized by using LabVIEW in upper device and an ODBC interface was de signed. The virtual instrument and the web technology were integrated to meet th e demand of the monitoring system communication and resource exchange.
