    摘要:

    在介绍了汽车平顺性评价方法的基础上,对四轮独立悬挂式经纬仪载车进行了平顺性试验。根据光电经纬仪的结构特点,在经纬仪的机座、转台和主望远镜上选取3个测点。经试验,得到了这3个测点在不同路况和车速情况下的加速度数据。通过对试验数据整理计算,得出经纬仪不同部位及整机的振动强度随车速变化曲线。

    Abstract:

    In order to avoid damaging the optoelectronic theodolite during transportation,the impact on the optoelectronic theodolite and its vibration data are needed at the vehicle design stage.The evaluation method of riding comfort for vehicle was introduced,and an experiment of riding comfort was carried out on an independent suspension vehicle for carrying the optoelectronic theodolite.Three key points on the theodolite were selected according to the structure characteristics of optoelectronic theodolite and acceleration under conditions of different road surfaces and driving speeds were obtained.The relationship of vibration strength of different positions and the whole body with the speeds were illustrated by analyzing and summarizing the test data,which provided an experimental basis for designing vehicle of optoelectronic theodolite.
