Based on the multipleinput and multipleoutput (MIMO) linear systemt heory, a timefrequency transform method was put forward to calculate the input data of a vibration generator system, and its algorithm was simulated by using M ATLAB. A shock vibration test with two exciters was conducted on a cantilever be am, and the control software driving the PXI bus was programmed in LabVIEW in or der to generate the input signals and sample the response signals. The results s how that the multipleoutput signals can be controlled in the tolerance range of the reference signals. The method is proved to be feasible in engineering pract ice.
