Abstract:In order to obtain a vibration spectrum agreeing with the real environm ents and conditions, the test conditions and test methods of transport vibration spectrums of special products were determined according to the relevant require ments of the national army standards. A set of vibration acceleration power spec tral density curves in three directions at different speeds and different points were obtained through the vibration data acquisition, analysis, processing and inducing. These spectra can be reproduced in the laboratory and used for acceler ated simulation test of special product transport. Compared with the vibration a cceleration spectrum density curves in the U.S. military standard MILSTD810F a nd China national military standard GJB3493, these spectra are very similar to the random vibration spectra specified in the two military standards. The result s show that the spectra determined by this paper are better suitable for the pra ctical conditions.
