    摘要:

    针对柴油机缸盖振动信号信噪比低且呈非平稳特性,提取柴油机振动信号的典型特征。 通过分析缸盖在不同时刻受到的激振,判断汽缸各个部件的工作情况;提取信号振动烈度,并 分 析烈度与柴油机转速的变化关系,为柴油机的在线控制和故障诊断提供依据。

    Abstract:

    There exist lots of nonstationary components in cylinder head vibrati o n signal of diesel engine and the cylinder head vibration signal has a low signa l to noise ratio, so the feature of cylinder cover vibration is adopted. The vib ration signals from the cylinder cover in different times are measured and denoi sed using wavelet analysis. The working conditions of the cylinder components ar e determined. The vibration intensity is also obtained and its relationship with the rotary speed of the diesel engine is studied. The result shows that the fea ture extracted from vibration of the cylinder cover could be applied to online control and fault diagnosis of the diesel engine.
