Abstract:Abstract In order to study a vibration of a continuous miner in vertical, a dynamic model and mathematical model of the continuous miner is set up by supposing and simplifying in the paper, natural frequency and fifth-order vibration mode of 12HM10 continuous miner are obtained, the body vibration on before and after tracked locations of the continuous miner under different stiffness of joined points, masses of individual parts, revolution and loads of the drum are analyzed. The study show that the body vibration foreside the machine is larger than back-end, the revolution of drum has bearing on the frequency of the body vibration, the vibration may be reduced by increasing segment stiffness, raising part mass, downing revolution of and loads of drum.
