Abstract:In order to reduce operating noise from home oxygen generator, noise field data acquisition and sound field reconstruction of oxygen generator had be e n completed by using near field acoustic holography technology. According to vis ual information, such as sound pressure frequency spectrum, sound pressure radiation cloud maps, sound frequency spectrum, space velocity distribution map s, and time/frequency/sound pressure map, simple and effective noise control m easures were selected for the sound source, acoustic transmission route with sou n d insulation enclosures, damping rubber coating, gypsum board sound absorption, and vibration pad for generator components. The practice shows that the near fi eld a coustic holography technique is an effective investigation tool for the control of noise sources and sound radiation characteristics.
