A magnetic levitation ball system is constructed. The dynamic equation of the magnetic levitation ballis deduced while the forced parameters of magn etic levitation ball have been measured. The dynamic equation is the sameas a mass-spring system, which can be used to measure vibration. The object vibrati on signals are measured by the magnetic levitation vibration measurement system and the direction of maximum vibration intensity is acquired by the least squar es fitting method, thus, we can get the direction of vibration source. Only us ing two magnetic levitation vibration measurement systems can we acquire the location of vibration source. The two-dimensional coordinate expression of plane vibration source is derived. Experiments show that the measurement results a re consistent with the actual location of vibration resource. Fina1ly, the three-dimensional coordinate expression of vibration source in the three dimensional space is derived.
