Abstract:In order to study dynamic properties of the turbine blade of blisk, mode test and frequency test are carried out by using PVDF piezoelectric film sens or, low mass acceleration sensor and non contact eddy current sensor, respecti vely. Then the simulation calculation is carried out by finite element software. Simulation results and laboratory tests show that the PVDF piezoelectric film sensor which has advantages of small added mass, high sensitivity and wide frequ ency response is easy to lay out and operate with low cost. It is superior touse PVDF sensor in the mode test of the single light weight thin walled component, or complex structure with distribution intensive parts.
