Abstract:The parameters of the electro hydraulic directional control valves must be tested during development and manufacturing stages. The dynamic characteristic measuring method is investigated in this paper, and a test system is developed. Thus, avariety of dynamic characteristics, such as opening and closing time, solenoid coil current, pressure of valve ports, hydraulic driving forces of spools and flow rate can be measured. Multi-variables integrated test technology and virtual instrument technology are used for the system, and data acquisition, processing, real-time display and storage functions are achieved. Finally, a testing experiment is carried out in this paper.
