基于信号时-频特征的轧机振动分析

    为了找到某轧机振源,通过集流环采用电阻应变法对接轴扭振,采用加速度计对轧辊振动进行了测试。通过咬钢和抛钢曲线,采用时域复指数法,识别了轧机机座的固有模态参数 及带钢对机座固有特性的影响。然后,采用5点直线滑动平均法和小波滤噪法对实测波形进行平滑及去噪处理,并通过实测信号的时频分析,揭示了轧机振动的非平稳特征及接轴不平衡冲击力对轧机振动的影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to find vibration sources of a rolling mill, the connecting shaft torque is tested through resistance strain measuring device using collectin g ring, the roller vibration is also tested using accelerometers. From the bite steel and throwing steel testing result, the intrinsic mode parameters of rolling mill are identified and the strip influence on the mill stand inherent charact eristics is studied by using time-domain complex exponential method. Through the five-point straight line moving average method and wavelet denoising method, t he measured waveform is smoothed and de-noised, thus achieving positive efficiency. It is revealed that the mill vibration has non-stationary characteristics and the spindle imbalance impact force is an important factor in the vibration mill by time-frequency analysis of the measured signal.
