The time-identification technology of dynamic load for uniform rotating thin plate based on Kirchhoff assumption is presented. The differential equation of rotating elastic plate under the distributed dynamic load is established firstly. Then, a common element of thick-thin plate is selected and the finite element of rotating plate is analyzed. Afterwards, based on the general orthogonal polynomials, the timedomain identification technology of dynamic load for the uniform rotating plate is given. Numerical simulation shows that the time-domain identification technology has a higher accuracy and computational stability. The method is simple and effective and can be applied to engineering practice.
