分析了恒压式轴向柱塞泵的运动特性和流动特性,建立了运动特性和流动特性的数学模型,在Simulation X 软件中建立了恒压式轴向柱塞泵的参数化虚拟样机模型,并进行仿真运算,通过分析仿真结果,实现了对柱塞泵压力脉动及其冲击的预测分析。以力士乐A10VSO45恒压泵为试验对象进行动态试验研究,测量泵在不同条件下的压力变化和压力脉动,得出试验结果曲线,验证了仿真结果的正确性。
Abstract:
The dynamic and flow characteristics of the axial piston pump with constant pressure are analyzed and the mathematical models with these two characteristics above are built up. The prediction analysis of the pressure pulsation and pressure impact will be realized on the basis of the virtual prototype model of the axial piston pump with constant pressure, simulation operation and the analysis of the simulation result. The Rexroth constant pressure pump (type: A10VSO45) is taken as the study object to do the dynamic testing research, in which the pressure change and pressure pulsation of the pump are measured under the different conditions and the curve of the testing result can be gotten. The results show that the testing result verified the accuracy of simulation result.
