In view of the problem that the soleplate of the DZ-22 type horizontally circle vibrating dryer is easily to produce fatigue destruction because of the periodic variation stimulating force in the course of dryer operating, the dynamic stress and strain of dryer are analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Both the displacement change figure under dynamic load and the distribution chart for the stress and strain are obtained. Simultaneously, the position where the crack would appear is forecasted and the reason is analyzed. These foundations above will contribute to design a perfect dryer.
