Abstract:The frame structure of heavy continuous rolling mill is an important part to bear force. Guaranteeing the mill under normal working conditions, the force under dynamic load conditions and dynamic characteristics should be considered. The finite element analysis of frame structure is made to determine the stress concentrator of the structure; the modes and parameters of the structure are determined through dynamic analysis, which is the base of fatigue analysis and working life assurance. Finally, the dynamic design makes it possible to get products of continuous rolling mill with high efficiency, high speed and low noise.
