Abstract:In order to study the main modal characteristics of the LHZC6/60 vibrating fluidized bed drier, the finite element model of the drier is established based on reasonable simplifications. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the modes of the drier, then the first eight natural frequencies and the mode shapes are calculated. Through analyzing the mode shapes, the dynamic characteristics and the structure weak sections of the vibrating fluidized bed drier are obtained, which can provide the theory basis for the improvement and further dynamic analysis.
