某型航空发动机振动值摆动故障诊断

    摘要:

    针对某型双转子航空发动机拍振振动值摆动的问题,推导了拍振形成的条件。结合该型发动机的结构特点,对不同测点的振动信号进行了分析,确定了拍振产生的原因和振 源位置。在此基础上,对低压转子振动、高压转子振动及附件传动轴的振动3个信号的合成规 律进行了仿真计算,提出了该型航空发动机振动值摆动故障的排除方法。结果表明,该型 发动机产生振动值摆动的根本原因是低压转子振动与附件传动轴的振动频率接近,形成了拍振。降低振动值摆动的有效方法是降低低压转子和附件传动轴的振动量。

    Abstract:

    When beat vibration is occurred in some kind of aeroengine, the vibration of the whole machinery will swing in some states. For this problem, the condition of its appearance is deduced. Combined with the characteristics of this kind of aeroengine, the reason and the location that the beat vibration came into being are studied through the analysis of vibration signals measured in different areas. Then,the synthesis of three vibration signals, the low pressu re rotor vibration, the high pressure rotor vibration, and the vibration of flexible rotor, is calculated. The method of solving the beat vibration problem is proposed by the numerical analysis. The results show that the ultimate reason of the vibration swing is the beat vibration appeared between the low pressure rotor and the flexible rotor. The effective way to avoid the vibration swing can decrease the vibration of low pressure rotor or the flexible rotor.
