    为了实现废气再循环(EGR)阀电路控制性能能够满足车载诊断系统(OBD)的排放要求,应用主元分析(PCA)和回声状态网络(ESN)的融合理论,提出了柴油机EGR阀控制电路故障在线诊断策略。利用PSpice 软件对EGR阀电路故障仿真的采样值作为PCA输入值,电路各元器件故障代码作为ESN输出值,进行了柴油机EGR阀电路故障的在线训练与诊断。基于PCA-ESN融合诊断策略,进行了EGR阀电路故障在线诊断试验。结果表明:故障诊断的正确率为94.3%;误判率为0.58%;拒绝率为0.15%。该诊断策略能够快速实现故障诊断及定位,确保了柴油机EGR阀在各种工况下快速、准确和可靠开启。

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve that the EGR valve circuit can meet the emission requirements of the on board diagnosis (OBD), based on the syncretic theory of the principal components analysis (PCA) and the echo state network arithmetic (ESNA), an on-line diagnostic strategy on the circuit fault of the diesel engine EGR valve is proposed. The fault in the EGR valve circuit are simulated by PSpice, the sampling data are regarded as the inputs of the PCA, the fault codes on the circuit components are regarded as the outputs of the ESN, the diagnostic strategy in the EGR valve circuit for diesel engine is educated and studied by PCA-ESN. The on-line diagnostic tests are made by the PCA -ESN syncretic theory. The test results show that the diagnostic accuracy can also reach 94.3 %, the errorrateis 0.58%, and the rejective rate is 0.15%, thus it testifies that the diagnostic strategy can carry out the accurate diagnosis and the orientation of the malfunction on the EGR valve for diesel engine, and completely satisfies the EGR valve start under various conditions.
