冷轧机传动系统振动测试与控制策略

    摘要:

    针对某厂单机架冷轧机在轧制升速、稳速阶段存在的主机、卷取机电枢电流波动异常现象,使用霍尔传感器对轧机主传动直流调速系统的直流侧电枢电流进行检测。检测数据由 数字示波器观测、导出并进行频谱分析。经对测试结果和所有可能外部扰动的分析发现,该轧机传动系统电流大范围波动主要是由于主传动系统的扭转振动以及外来负荷扰动。通过对振动频率的分析、配置速度环滤波时间常数和调整电流环比例系数之后,对轧机的扭振以及电流波动异常得到了很好的抑制,电流波动范围控制在±3%以内。

    Abstract:

    In order to find the regularity and mechanism of armature current′s abnormal fluctuations in main drive system during rolling process with steady speed and acceleration, the direct side armature current of direct current speed controller is tested with Hall sensor. Detection data are observed by the digital oscilloscope and extracted, then the spectrum is analyzed. By analyzing the test results and other potential external disturbance, it is found that this situation is caused by rolling torsional vibration as well as the external load disturbance. After theory analysis and experimental approvment, the torsional vibration and abnormal current fluctuation can be supressed through adjustment in filtering time constant of speed loop and proportion coefficient in main drive control system, which makes the current fluctuations within ±3%.
