Abstract:Based on the data acquisition card (PCL-818HG) and the high-performance,low-power microprocessor (S3C2410), the portable acquisition and diagnostic system of the diesel engine exhaust gas recycle(EGR) dynamic parameter is developed. Using the software on DASYLab and Linux, the programs on the interface, demarcate and diagnosis can be conveniently compiled. Real-time collection can be carried out to the signals on the displacement, the pressure, the temperature and rotate speed by multi-channel, and the signals can be storaged, transacted, diagnosed and displayed in the same time. According to the cycle regulations of the diesel engine transient test, these tests are carried out on the self-diagnosis of the EGR value, the EGR rate diagnosis and the responding performance in the tu- rbocharged diesel engine. The test results show that the system is reliable, accurate and has good diagnostic ability. It can meet the needs of the dynamic data acquisition for the diesel engine EGR system greatly.
