    基于PCL-818HG型总线数据采集卡和S3C2410型高性能低功耗微处理器,开发了一种便 携式柴油机废气再循环(exhaust gas recycle,简称EGR)瞬态参数的采集与诊断系统。运用DASYLab和Linux软件编写接口、标定与诊断程序,实现了对柴油机EGR系统的位移、压力、温度和转速等信号实时采集、处理与诊断等功能。依据柴油机瞬态测试循环法进行增压柴油机废气再循环系统的EGR阀自诊断、EGR率过大诊断和瞬态响应特性等试验。结果表明,该系统性能可靠、处理能力强、诊断精 度高,能满足增压柴油机EGR性能瞬态参数的采集与诊断要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the data acquisition card (PCL-818HG) and the high-performance,low-power microprocessor (S3C2410), the portable acquisition and diagnostic system of the diesel engine exhaust gas recycle(EGR) dynamic parameter is developed. Using the software on DASYLab and Linux, the programs on the interface, demarcate and diagnosis can be conveniently compiled. Real-time collection can be carried out to the signals on the displacement, the pressure, the temperature and rotate speed by multi-channel, and the signals can be storaged, transacted, diagnosed and displayed in the same time. According to the cycle regulations of the diesel engine transient test, these tests are carried out on the self-diagnosis of the EGR value, the EGR rate diagnosis and the responding performance in the tu- rbocharged diesel engine. The test results show that the system is reliable, accurate and has good diagnostic ability. It can meet the needs of the dynamic data acquisition for the diesel engine EGR system greatly.
