    摘要:

    由于在超声换能器的结构设计中,前、后盖板长度的取值直接关系到换能器的性能,而对前盖板长度求解得到一个复杂的隐函数,一般对此函数的求解采用图解法,求解精度相对较低。应用牛顿迭代法对前盖板的隐函数进行求解,相比图解法得到了较精确的前盖板长度,从而计算出振速比取最大值时的延展系数。运用Matlab软件编程,计算得到最佳结果,设计出换能器的具体尺寸。

    Abstract:

    Ultrasonic transducer is a device for energy conversion, which can achieve energy conversion between electric energy and ultrasonic energy. Sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer has been used widely in the field of power ultrasonic for its excellent performance. In the structural design of the ultrasonic transducer, the length of front and back cover is directly related to the performance of the transducer. In the process of solving the front cover length to obtain a complex of the implicit function, general this function is solved using the graphical method, and the solution accuracy is relatively low. In this paper, Newton iterative method is used to solve implicit function on the front cover. It can obtain a more precise length of the front cover than graphic method. So the coefficient of the extension in the maximum value of the velocity ratio can be calculated, and then the specific dimensions of the transducer are designed. In this paper, Matlab is used to program and calculate, and obtain the best result.
