Cloud smart testing is the new measurement technique which is combined by virtual instrument, embedded system and cloud computing. There have three fundamental parts including the front-end acquisition hardware on spot, back-end clouding testing and service software in cloud center and the operator′s mobile device. Each part can be distributed over the world where can connected into the internet, that is, the cloud smart testing is the entire internet measurement. From the virtual instrument to cloud smart testing, there have two important content, the embedded technique used in the front-end hardware and the cloud computing technique used in the cloud testing and service software.
