Abstract:The special nonlinear elastic characteristics of cab hydraulic suspension makes dynamic characteristics matching difficult. The elastic cab model is established and verified by tests, then imported into multi-body dynamics software. Similarly, the system model of cab hydraulics suspension is established and verified using vibration response tests. The stiffness and phase angle curves are matched in multiple frequencies by the system response peak, and the structure parameters of the hydraulic suspension are adjusted according to these results. A sample trial of hydraulic suspension and vehicle test is done in order to correctly verify the matching
