Abstract:This paper presents the method of aero-engine vibration prediction, starting from aero-engine prognostic and health management (PHM). Firstly, the method of vibration prediction based on the model is proposed. At the same time, the physical meanings of trend item, stochastic volatility item and noise jamming item are defined. Secondly, the periodic oscillation model, linear vibration model, and step change vibration model are built to describe three typical fault situations. Thirdly, the model-selected method and test criterion are summarized. Finally, three groups of measured data are used to verify the correctness and engineering practicability of this method.
