    滑动轴承支承的旋转机械支座松动故障的转子振动信号特征易与转子不对中、裂纹、碰磨等故障特征混叠,从而造成误诊。针对此问题,从研究润滑膜的动态特征入手,提出基于润滑膜动态特征检测的支座松动故障识别方法。以一端松动的单跨单圆盘转子系统为研究对象,建立了单端支座松动故障的动力学模型,并对旋转机械支座松动时滑动轴承润滑膜厚度动态特征进行了仿真和实验研究,分析了润滑膜厚度随转速的变化规律及其频谱特征,得出了支座松动时敏感润滑膜厚度的动态变化规律。利用此特征识别旋转机械支座松动故障,可避免基于转子振动信号对支座松动故障识别的不足。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the misdiagnosis shortage of rotating machinery pedestal looseness fault recognition, a new fault identification method based on dynamic characteristics of lubricating film is proposed to distinguish the pedestal looseness fault from the rotor′s misalignment, crack, rub. A single-span-single-disc rotor system with one end loose is selected as the research object, and the dynamic model of the single and pedestal looseness fault is established. According to the analysis of the thickness dynamic characteristics and the changing frequency spectrum of the lubrication film with rotational speed, the dynamic variation rule of sensitive lubrication film thickness when the pedestal is loose is obtained. The simulation and experimental results show that the recognition method can avoid the disadvantages of using rotor vibration information identification alone.
