Abstract:A monitoring system is developed with an Ethernet/IP communication function based on the LabVIEW virtual instruments graphical programming platform, in order to improve the winding quality and rubber distribution stability of the tread winding line equipment, and to reduce the development costs and rejection rate of tires. A layering diagnosis mathematical model is established according to experimental data that improves layering rules and adopts an expert layering diagnosis system. This system has many advantages, such as applicability, rapidity and stability in the modification process of tire production. It improves production efficiency and shortens the production cycle.
