    强力带式输送机是煤矿主要运输设备,针对矿用强力带式输送机存在启停冲击、运行过程跑偏、撕带等故障综合保护、强力输送带缺陷智能识别和传动系统关键部件故障诊断等问题,研究了强力带式输送机软启动及节能运行技术、综合保护及传动系统关键部件故障诊断技术和强力输送带内部缺陷检测技术与智能识别方法。提出了一种矿用强力带式输送机智能监控系统,并构建了智能监控实验平台,该系统集变频控制、强力输送带缺陷弱磁检测、运行故障综合保护和传动系统关键部件故障诊断于一体,解决了以上各个模块信息孤岛问题,实现了带式输送机全面智能保护,对确保强力带式输送机安全、高效运行和煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    The main piece of transport equipment used in coal mines is the steel cord conveyer belt, which encounters problems in start and stop impact, deviation and belt tear fault integrated protection, intelligent identification of defects, and key components fault diagnosis for the transmission system. This paper thus studies certain key technologies of the steel cord conveyer belt, such as soft start control and energy saving operations, integrated protection and fault diagnosis for the transmission system, defect testing, and intelligent recognition methods. An intelligent monitoring system of the steel cord conveyer belt was put forward, and an intelligent monitoring experiment platform was built. This system can achieve frequency conversion control, weak magnetic defect testing, integrated protection for running faults, and key components fault diagnosis for the transmission system. It solves the problem of information silos between modules and achieves comprehensive intelligent protection of the steel cord conveyor belt. The intelligent monitoring system is significant for ensuring the safety of the conveyer belt and thus the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
