    摘要:

    针对越野车辆减振阻尼阀散热及控制响应滞后的问题,设计了利用外置电液比例溢流阀调节阻尼特性的新型油气悬架。基于AMEsim软件建立油气悬架仿真模型,并利用外特性试验验证AMEsim仿真模型的正确性,在此基础上分析相关参数对悬架刚度和阻尼特性的影响。将所建油气悬架模型应用于车辆振动的半主动模糊控制仿真研究中,随机路面激励下的仿真分析结果表明,车辆行驶平顺性各项指标得到提升,模糊控制效果明显,验证了通过调节溢流阀电流来提高油气悬架性能的可行性。

    Abstract:

    In light of damping valve cooling and control response lag, this paper proposes a novel hydro-pneumatic spring to improve damping characteristics by using an external electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve. The dynamic model of the hydro pneumatic suspension was established using AMEsim software and verified by the bench test. Based on this model, the effect of the relative parameters on suspension stiffness and damping was analyzed. The random road excitation response from the fuzzy logic controller combined with the suspension model was compared with that from the passive hydro-pneumatic suspension. The simulation results indicate better performance of the fuzzy logic controller and verify the practicability of the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve.
