    摘要:

    构建了含有混合间隙的刚柔耦合多体系统动力学模型,研究了部件柔性对多体系统动力特性的影响。首先,建立了混合间隙碰撞力模型;然后,以曲柄滑块为研究对象,采用自然坐标法和绝对节点坐标法分别建立了刚性构件和柔性构件的动力学模型,通过时域和频域分析了连杆柔性对动力特性的影响。结果表明,柔性构件对间隙碰撞力有一定的缓冲作用,能缓冲碰撞的高频振动,而且柔性部件随着弹性模量的减小对高频响应的缓冲效果更加明显。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the containing mixed clearance of the coupling of rigidity and flexibility multi-body system dynamics model is constructed, and the dynamic characteristics of multibody systems with flexible components are studied. First, a mixed clearance collision force model is established. With the crank slide block as the research object, the rigid and flexible components of the dynamic model are established by the natural and absolute node coordinates methods, respectively. The influence of dynamic characteristics of the connecting rod of the flexible component is analyzed in the time and frequency domains. The results show that the flexible component has certain buffer actions for the clearance collision force, can restrain the high frequency vibration of the collision, and are more obvious with the decrease of the elastic modulus of high frequency suppression.
