    摘要:

    针对中点弦测模型无法复原轨道不平顺量值的问题,在分析钢轨波磨及对应的弦测数据后发现两者均具有周期性,在此基础上提出了一种多弦测量并计算钢轨波磨量值的方法。通过采用不同弦长对同一轨道的测量,避免单一中点弦测法中特殊波长幅值增益为零的问题;利用小波变换多分辨率的特点获取了波磨的频率及出现位置,将其应用于轨道波磨量值测算。结果表明,该方法能够从轨道中点弦测数据中发现钢轨波磨,并通过计算复原其原始量值,适合工程中对钢轨波磨的快速检测估计。

    Abstract:

    In light of the problem that a midpoint chord model cannot restore the real value of rail irregularity, an analysis was conducted on rail corrugation and the corresponding midpoint chord′s measured data, both of which were proven to be periodic. On this basis, a new approach was proposed that measures multi-chord and thereby estimates the rail corrugation value. Using different chords to measure the same rail helps avoid the special wavelength amplitude gain from being zero. The frequency and location of rail corrugation can also be acquired from the multiresolution of wavelet transforms. Results showed that this method can select rail corrugation from midpoint chord measurements and restore its original value through calculation. Therefore, it is suitable for the rapid test and estimation of rail corrugation amplitude in engineering.
