Abstract:The micro-vibration generated by the motion equipment on spacecraft significantly influences the imaging quality and pointing accuracy of spacecraft. The key to designing the damping and isolation for the spacraft is the use of precise tests of the micro-vibrations on Earth. We invented two kinds of testing platforms, strain micro-vibrations testing platform (SMTP) and piezoelectric micro-vibrations testing platform (PMTP), to test the micro-vibrations, and proposed accurate calibration methods to achieve high precision for both platforms. Experimental results showed that the testing errors of SMTP and PMTP were within ±1.10% and ±4.94% respectively, and the testing error of SMTP and PMTP of the same micro-vibrations was within ±4.36%.
