Abstract:The electric control box of the roadheader suffers severe load such as vibration and shock at work,as a result,failing to work normally since large vibration causes electrical components malfunction, shedding,welding point fatigue damage.In order to investigate vibration characteristics of the electric control box, the dynamic model of the damping buffer system of the electronic control box is set up. Taking the vertical acceleration and pitching angular acceleration of electric control box as the evaluation index, the matching of stiffness and damping coefficient of the absorber is analyzed. The results show that the stiffness and damping of the electric control box absorber plays a good vibration buffer effect. Considering coupling effect of the front and rear absorber stiffness and damping coefficient on the vertical acceleration and pitching angular acceleration, the best matching value are determined. Comparing with the original absorber, the new one with reasonable parameters produce better results, as the vertical acceleration RMS and pitching angular acceleration RMS decreases by 16.05% and 9.45% respectively. At the same time, it can also provide references for the improvements of vibration isolation system and dynamic characteristics analysis for electric control box.
