Abstract:A multi-frequency periodic vibratio control approach is proposed for the rotor-bearings system based on the algorithm for the fast optimizing of electromagnetic parameters. First, a finite element model of the rotor-bearin-electromagnetic actuator system is established. Then, the control system optimizes the current value using varying step optimizing algorithm. It restrains vibration by applying multiple frequency-matched control force to the rotor. The experiments are carried out on the rotor-bearings test rig and the results indicate that the proposed control strategy reduces the time compared with that of the whole circle search algorithm. This paper offers another method for active suppression of multiple frequency vibration of a rotor system.
