    获取具有代表性的动应力时域信号是对车辆进行结构疲劳分析的重要前提,仅依靠短时间测试所得的动应力时域信号进行疲劳寿命评估,其结果并不能反应结构在较长时间历程,甚至是全寿命周期下的抗疲劳服役性能。以某动车组转向架转臂定位安装座焊缝附近的某测点为算例,提出了基于极值理论的动应力时域外推的疲劳寿命评估方法。首先,选取该测点在镟轮初、中、末期的3组动应力时域信号,对其进行前处理与等权重组合;其次,应用极值理论对组合样本信号进行尾部概率分布拟合,并对模型的拟合优度进行检验;然后,根据拟合的概率分布函数对动应力样本进行相应倍数的时域外推,获得长时载荷作用下的动应力时域信号;最后,采用外推后的动应力时域信号进行疲劳寿命评估。结果表明:相比于常用的线性外推方法,基于时域外推方法的疲劳损伤增加了0.168%,安全运营里程减少了2 670 km,评估更偏于安全。

    Abstract:

    Obtaining a representative dynamic stress time-domain signals is a prerequisite for structural fatigue analysis of vehicles. However, the fatigue life assessment results only depend on the dynamic stress time-domain signal obtained by a short-time test; it can not represent the anti-fatigue service performance of the structure in a long-time, even in the whole service life. Therefore, a fatigue life assessment method based on time-domain extrapolation of dynamic stress based on extreme theory is proposed for the first time. Taking a test point near the weld of the bogie arm positioning mounting seat of an electric multiple units (EMU) as an example, first, three groups of dynamic stress time-domain signals of the test point at the initial stage, middle stage, and the final stage of a whole wheel reprofile period are selected. The pre-processing and equal weight overlapping addition are carried out to them. Second, the tail probability distribution of the superimposed signal samples is fitted using the extreme value theory. The fitting goodness of the model is tested. Third, according to the fitting probability distribution function, the dynamic stress samples are extrapolated in the time domain to obtain the dynamic stress time-domain signal under long-term load; finally, the fatigue life of the test point is evaluated according to the extrapolated dynamic stress time-domain signal. The results show that: compared with the commonly used linear extrapolation method, the cumulative fatigue damage based on the time-domain extrapolation method increases by 0.168%, the safe operation mileage is reduced by 2 670 km, and the assessment is more safety.
