Abstract:In the mission of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) survey, aviation rescue and power inspection, laser radar is an essential technical means. Because the laser radar will be subjected to complex vibration conditions during the flight, in order to ensure its normal use and high precision work, the laser radar must be designed for vibration isolation. The vibration response signal of the laser radar installation position is obtained by flight test of the drone. A rubber vibration isolator is designed according to the vibration isolation theory, and the numerical simulation is carried out by using the time integral method. The vibration test of the vibration isolation system is carried out. The vibration test of the vibration isolation system is carried out, and the response curve of a certain point on the laser radar can be obtained. The analysis and test results show that the vibration isolation performance of the vibration isolator can reach 90% in the x and y directions, and the vibration isolation performance in the z direction is 80% or more. The simulation and test results are in good agreement, which can meet the requirements of the environment of the drone laser radar system.
