    为了研究西北寒冷地区中小型流冰对输水隧洞的碰撞问题,基于实验分析结合数值模拟的方法,选取模型实验几何比尺λ为1∶5,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行有限元仿真,得到不同工况下流冰对输水隧洞衬砌撞击力影响规律。结果表明:流冰撞击力峰值与流冰速度呈现出近似的线性关系;流冰撞击力峰值与流冰压缩强度呈现出近似的对数函数关系,在较高速度下,流冰的塑性效果起主要作用,流冰的压缩强度对流冰的撞击力结果影响较为不明显;流冰撞击应力峰值与流冰厚度呈现出近似线性关系。同时,通过数值模拟与模型实验得到的流冰撞击力影响规律基本一致,验证了冰-砼碰撞实验装置的准确性及合理性。由于数值模拟时流固耦合的计算方法考虑了水介质对流冰的影响,在流冰撞击输水隧洞衬砌时形成水垫效应,从而会轻微地降低流冰撞击力,而模型实验未考虑水体对流冰的影响,因此各种工况下的模型实验结果均普遍大于数值模拟结果。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the collision of small and medium-sized drift ice on the water conveyance tunnel in the cold northwestern region, the geometric scale of the model test is selected as 1∶5 based on the method of experimental analysis and numerical simulation, and the finite element simulation is carried out through ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The influence law of drift ice on the impact force of water conveyance tunnel lining under different working conditions is obtained. The results show that the relationship between the peak of the ice impact force and the speed of the ice presents an approximate linear trend, and the relationship between the peak of the ice impact force and the ice compression strength presents an approximate logarithmic function trend. At higher speed, the plastic effect of the ice is effective. The main effect is that the ice compression strength has a relatively insignificant effect on the impact force of the drift ice; the peak of the impact stress of the drift ice has an approximately linear relationship with the thickness of the drift ice. At the same time, the impact law of ice impact force obtained by numerical simulation and model test are basically consistent, which verifies the accuracy and rationality of the ice-concrete impact test device. Because the calculation method of the fluid-solid coupling in the numerical simulation considers the convection of the water medium to the ice impact, the water cushion effect is formed when the drift ice hits the lining of the water conveyance tunnel, which slightly reduces the impact force of the drift ice, and the model test does not consider the influence of the water medium on the drift ice. Therefore, the model test results under various working conditions are universal greater than the numerical simulation results.
